Cycling in Llubí – Caper Village of the Northern Pla

Llubí is a low hilltop village in the northern Pla famous for its capers, halfway between Inca and the bay of Alcúdia. It is surrounded by an unusually dense web of farm lanes.

Those lanes make it a favourite link in flat loops from the north-coast resorts: Muro, Sa Pobla, Santa Margalida and Sineu are all within 10 km on roads with virtually no traffic. Llubí is about 49 minutes (61 km) from our Paguera shop.

Ride Idea: Santa Magdalena and the Northern Plain

Ride from Llubí to Inca and take the short but punchy Santa Magdalena climb (2.7 km, 180 m) to the hermitage above the town — it starts only 9 km from the village. Continue to Búger, cross the flat plain to Sa Pobla and Muro and roll back to Llubí — about 44 km.
