The Coll de sa Batalla begins in Caimari, just 4 km from Selva: climb its 7.8 km of sweeping switchbacks (389 m) to the Lluc junction and roll on to the Lluc monastery. Descend the same way — about 31 km in total, and the easiest way into the heart of the Tramuntana. For a short warm-up, Santa Magdalena above Inca is 6 km away.
