Here is the honest answer most websites won’t give you: passenger transport in Spain requires a licence, and most “bike shuttle” offers on the island operate without one. We don’t run a shuttle for exactly that reason — but there is a smarter way to get the ride you actually want, and you can book it today.
Why we don’t drive cyclists (and why you should care)
Carrying paying passengers without a transport licence — what Spaniards call taxi pirata — isn’t just the operator’s legal problem. As the passenger, you are typically not covered by any insurance if something happens on the road, and an unlicensed service can vanish from one day to the next, taking your booking with it. We hold no passenger licence, so we transport bikes, never people — and we’d rather tell you that openly than improvise around the law.
We can’t shuttle you — but we can shuttle your bike
Most cyclists want a shuttle for one reason: to ride one-way — no doubling back on the same road. Our delivery service makes that possible without anyone getting into our van, because both ends of your ride are places you already are: your hotel, or our shop in Paguera (Peguera). Choose any combination:
Ride out, we collect. Start at our shop, ride a one-way route that finishes at your hotel anywhere on the island — we collect the bike from your hotel afterwards. Perfect if you’re staying in Palma, Santa Ponsa or Port d’Andratx.
We deliver, you ride back. We bring the fitted bike to your hotel — say, Alcúdia or Port de Pollènça — and on the last day you ride the length of the Serra de Tramuntana and hand the bike back at our shop in Paguera, coffee included. The direct bus or a licensed taxi takes you home light.
Hotel to hotel. Moving resorts mid-holiday? We deliver the bike to your first hotel and collect it from your second one. Your luggage travels with you; the bike stays with you too.

Getting yourself around, legally
When you do need to move without pedalling, Mallorca has licensed options that take bikes: many TIB intercity buses carry bicycles (check the bike symbol on the timetable), the scenic Sóller train connects Palma with the Tramuntana’s heart, the Port de Sóller–Sa Calobra boat is the classic way to turn the island’s hardest climb into a one-way descent-free ascent, and licensed taxis with bike racks can be arranged through your hotel. All of them insured, all of them legal.
