Port de Sóller South - Coll de Sóller Iconic Ride

Stats: 5.1 km / 254 m. Ride iconic southern ascent of Coll de Sóller! Enjoy dozens of hairpins, light traffic, scenic Palma views. More

Approach the Coll de Sóller from the south, typically starting near Bunyola. Turn off the main Ma-11 just before the tunnel onto the quiet Ma-11A, the old mountain pass road now beloved by cyclists.

This side is famous for its hairpin bends – expect around 20-25 sweeping turns as you climb. The gradient is steady and manageable (around 5%), allowing you to enjoy the ride and the picturesque views looking back down the valley.

With minimal traffic thanks to the tunnel, it's pure cycling pleasure. Reward yourself at the popular Ca'n Topa café near the summit. Explore the route in detail with our interactive map, check the elevation profile, view route photos, and download the GPX file for your device.
